- Employer portal credentials — if you connect portals such as Spendsmart, Edenred or Reward Gateway (stored encrypted, never shared)
- Search queries — the UK retailers you search for deals on

We do not collect payment card details, bank account information, National Insurance numbers, or any sensitive personal data categories as defined under GDPR Article 9.
3How We Use Your Data

- Formspree — our form processing service receives your email address when you join the waitlist. Formspree processes data under GDPR-compliant terms.
- Affiliate networks — when you click through to a retailer via DealDash, our affiliate network partners (such as AWIN or RevGlue) receive anonymised click data for commission tracking. They do not receive your email address or personal details.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
We never sell your personal data to any third party. We never share your data with advertisers for the purpose of targeting you with adverts.
6Affiliate Links & Cashback
DealDash uses affiliate links. This means when you click through to a retailer like NEXT, M&S or Boots via DealDash, we may earn a commission from the retailer if you make a purchase.
Important: Affiliate links never increase the price you pay. The price you see is exactly the same whether you arrive at the retailer through DealDash or directly. The commission comes from the retailer's marketing budget.
We are transparent about this arrangement. Our goal is to surface the highest-value deal for you personally — which is always the deal that saves you the most money, regardless of the commission we might earn.
7Cookies
DealDash uses the following categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use getdealdash.co.uk so we can improve it. We use anonymised data only.
- Affiliate tracking cookies — placed when you click through to a retailer to ensure commission is correctly attributed. These are standard industry practice and do not contain your personal details.

8Data Retention

- Waitlist email addresses — until DealDash launches and you receive your invite, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first

After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
